SAE AS22759/185 aerospace and commercial wire provides excellent thermal stability, UV laser marking, and wet arc propogation resistance through seamless tape composite technology. Construction details include a tin-plated copper conductor and multiple layers of seamless PTFE/polyimide tape insulation (150°C). The non-seamless version of this wire is SAE AS22759/85.（SAE as22759/185航空航天和商业线具有优良的热稳定性、紫外激光打标，湿弧扩展电阻通过无缝带复合技术。电线构成明细包括镀锡铜导体和多个层的无缝聚四氟乙烯/聚酰亚胺胶带绝缘（150摄氏度），这种类型的线缆正式m22759/185线缆）

Insulation: Seamless PTFE tape (1st layer), PTFE/polyimide/PTFE tape (2nd), PTFE tape (3rd & 4th), 200 Denier polyamide braid with clear lacquer (5th)【绝缘：无缝聚四氟乙烯胶带（第一层）、聚四氟乙烯/聚酰亚胺/聚四氟乙烯胶带（第二）、聚四氟乙烯胶带（第三和第四），200旦尼龙编织带透明漆（第五）】
